Museum a reality of great importance for scientific and cultural
The Museo Civico di Storia Naturale di Jesolo (VE), placed in the school Carducci, via the central Bafile, contains within it a major scientific and natural heritage, and about 15 thousand objects representing the most significant fauna of AREAL European and palearctic, including birds, mammals, fish, molluscs, crustaceans distributed in various rooms and sections museum, on a current display area of 900 square meters. The collections are owned by noted naturalists of the past such as the Cav. Alberto Nan, the Rag. Caggiano R. el'ex commander of the Traffic police in Jesolo, P. Sassara, whose collection is now owned by the city. All exhibits are accompanied by descriptive captions in multiple languages, morphological data and maps with distribution areali specially colored, a simple key to adapting to the general public and not, both adult and children.
